Food Tour | Visits and tastings

Embark the ferry at Piombino Marittima port and meet with your trip leader at your arrival in Portoferraio. You’ll start your gourmet adventure by meeting a pastries passionate who is dedicating his energy in keeping alive old recipes that survive only in elderly’s minds. After this sweet stop you’ll get off the asphalted roads to reach a hilltop goat farm where another fervent soul is going to offer you the best of his production: goat milk cheese and gelato. You’ll have lunch in this rural setting with a breathtaking view over the multiple islands of the Tuscan archipelago.

In the afternoon you’ll transfer towards the south coast to meet our honey and organic olive oil producer and taste his production surrounded by the light green olive grove. You’ll finish your gastronomic exploration of the island of Elba with a wine tour and tasting hosted by the producer himself in the heart of his winery. It is unfortunately already time to go! Shuttle back to Portoferraio and cross the sea back to the mainland.
